- Contact info you submit through our booking page, diagnostic tools (Buildwell Score, Operations Gap), or contact forms — name, email, phone, business details.
- Usage data — pages visited, tool responses, general analytics. Standard web traffic data, nothing invasive.
- Assessment answers — responses to our diagnostic tools, which may be processed by an AI provider to generate your report.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your info with third parties for their marketing.
- If you take a diagnostic or book a call, we may follow up by email (and by text only if you opted in) about your results and our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry, deliver your diagnostic results, or run your booked call.
- To improve our tools and follow up on active engagements.
- To send occasional updates via The DealFlow Brief, if you subscribed — one click to unsubscribe, always.
Where It Lives
Your data is processed through our operational stack (CRM, automation, and scheduling tools) and stored securely. Payment processing runs through Stripe under their own security standards.
Your Rights
Email support@buildwellpartners.com any time to request your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe — no runaround.
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. Continued use of the site means you're good with the current version.
