What We Do
Buildwell Partners LLC provides AI automation infrastructure and consulting services for business brokers, acquisition entrepreneurs, PE operators, and deal-driven businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any paid engagement are defined in a separate signed proposal and SLA — these Terms cover the site and general engagement, not project specifics.
Diagnostic Tools
Buildwell Score, Operations Gap, and other free tools on this site provide general assessments based on the information you provide. Results are directional, not guarantees of business outcomes.
Payments
- All paid engagements require a signed proposal/SLA and setup fee prior to build start.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
- Retainer terms, cancellation windows, and refund conditions are set in your individual client agreement, not on this page.
No Guarantee of Results
We build infrastructure. We don't guarantee specific revenue, deal volume, or business outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control (your market, your follow-through, your existing pipeline). Our 7–14 day build guarantee refers to deployment timeline, not business results.
Intellectual Property
The DealFlow Infrastructure Stack, Pre-Market Infrastructure Audit, Pipeline Reactivation Stack, Acquisition Stabilization Layer, DealFlow Diagnostic, and all related frameworks, branding, and site content are the property of Buildwell Partners LLC. Don't reproduce or resell them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Buildwell Partners LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the current version.
