A Value Session is a free, recurring working session for owner-run businesses on the Treasure Coast and in the South Florida area. Small room, around twelve owners, coffee and a whiteboard. This is not a seminar and it is not a pitch. You work on your own business for ninety minutes, guided through the same lens we use in a paid Sellability Audit.
Format: one morning per month, 8:00 to 9:30 AM, before the workday starts. Free to attend. You bring one question: what is the number one thing you want fixed in your business?

A private workshop is a half-day or full-day session at your business, for your team only. Half-day runs four hours and covers one workflow end to end. Full-day runs eight hours and covers three. We are not there to inspire anyone. We are there to rebuild how the work moves, and the day does not end until the new systems are live in your actual tools.
